Ad Ops Assistant Coordinator

We are seeking an ambitious Ad Ops Assistant Coordinator eager to jump in and make a difference in our growing company. This position is a creative, technical, and analytical role and will assist in the day-to-day support for a wide range of projects from digital & traditional advertising coordination to systems set-up and management.  You will report to our Cross Channel Digital Manager and will support the media and account teams.

The Ad Ops Assistant Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of ad campaign implementation details before launch and acting as an expert in troubleshooting data & technical platform issues.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  •   Traffic and QC client creative assets
  •   Assist the Ad Ops team in supporting media and account teams
  •   Update reports with campaign information and support presentation compilation
  •   Assist the Media team in compiling post-analytic data and post-reports
  •   Manage advertising opportunity requests
  •   Assist with Digital media partnership communication
  •   Traffic instruction management (e.g.) DCM
  • Tracking Tags
  • Digital Invoice approval
  • Pulling Reports
  • Review order management system, targeting instructions, campaign assets and implementation within the ad server as part of monitoring the accuracy of campaign launches as part of the Ad Operation’s trafficking and execution process
  • Organize metrics to pinpoint process-related inefficiencies, measure accuracy, and celebrate the Ad Ops team’s success rates
  • Collaborate with the Account team to ensure all aspects of campaign planning and setup, management, and creative implementation are upheld with efficient processes
  • Set, manage, and train on process requirements for improved efficiencies (trafficking, implementation, and escalation processes)
  •  Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1 – 2 years marketing and advertising or related experience
  • Media planning and/or experience with media analytics is a plus
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, who takes initiative and has a positive demeanor, is an excellent collaborator and communicator
  • Strong team player with a high level of attention to detail, able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Must be able to communicate in an effective, concise, persuasive, articulate, and confident manner
  • Teamwork – Must show an ability to understand the media strategy and marketing process and be able to work efficiently and effectively with partners as directed by senior team members
  • College Degree Required – Emphasis in Marketing and/or Media Strategy a plus
  • Experience working with media tools and platforms a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
